Anitha Indira Baiis a visionary entrepreneur and transformational leader with over two decades of diverse experience across education, human resource development, and large-scale project environments. As the Founder & Managing Director of MIHYA Ventures Pvt. Ltd., she leads with a clear vision of building an integrated ecosystem that empowers individuals, drives innovation, and contributes to nation-building. Her leadership combines strategic thinking, people development expertise, and execution capability, positioning MIHYA as a high-impact, future-ready enterprise.
Founder
Conceptualised and built a multi-sector ecosystem spanning Education, Empowerment, Entrepreneurship, and Entertainment. Key contributions include establishing diversified verticals aligned with emerging market needs, creating an integrated business model enabling cross-functional growth, and driving purpose-led initiatives focused on impact, scalability, and sustainability.
Academic Leader
With a strong foundation in education and institutional leadership, Anitha Indira Bai has served as a school principal in CBSE and IGCSE curriculum institutions, and as a mentor to educators, students, and academic institutions. She is a master trainer for CBSE board. Her contributions include: strengthening academic systems and curriculum frameworks, delivering training programmes for CBSE Sahodaya, ICSE, and All India Navy School Principals, supporting capacity building for educators, and promoting holistic education.
Project Management & Industrial Exposure
She brings valuable experience from her exposure to large-scale infrastructure development projects, including her association with the Operations Department of a ₹3500 Crore Greenfield Project in the Hyderabad region. Her contributions include exposure to end-to-end project execution and operational management, coordination across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, and a deep understanding of construction, infrastructure, and large project ecosystems.
HRD Expert & Life Coach
A renowned Human Resource Development expert and life coach, she has impacted thousands of individuals through her training and mentoring initiatives. Her contributions include conducting leadership and transformation programmes for IAS Officers and senior public sector leaders, training Managing Directors, CMDs, and senior executives of Government of Kerala enterprises, and delivering sessions for spiritual leaders and large youth communities.
Social Impact & Community Leadership
As the Founder of Step Up International Trust, she has been instrumental in driving initiatives focused on youth empowerment, skill development, support and inclusion for differently-abled individuals, and community development. She is the mastermind behind the RISE-UP Programme, aimed at empowering SC/ST youth, reflecting a deep commitment to inclusive growth and social transformation.
